Vineyard
Old vineyards in the Villabuena del Puente area on sandy soils with a large amount of quartz, very poor with very low yields per hectare.
Winemaking
Fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in 1,000L vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in used 500L French oak barrels. Subsequent aging for 7 months in 600L barrels for various uses.
Super delicious, juicy, structured, well balanced and already so drinkable!
