Made with Garnacha Blanca from his family’s vineyard between the Iregua and Leza valleys, Víctor Ausejo’s brilliant white is entirely aged on its lees in concrete (80%) and in stainless steel (20%). Focused and perfumed, with notes of lemon and lime, stony mineralogy, an appealing bitter twist, lots of cool-climate acidity and a long finish.
