Made with Garnacha Blanca from his family’s vineyard between the Iregua and Leza valleys, Víctor Ausejo’s brilliant white is entirely aged on its lees in stainless steel. Focused and perfumed, with notes of thyme and white pepper, lots of cool-climate acidity and a waxy, lanolin finish.
